Effective Data Use: What's a Leader to Do?
During this session, we will explore the role of leadership in shaping the culture and context for effective data use, drawing from research and best practice.
You will learn about the work completed during the Data Driven Initiative supported by the Tower Foundation in the Danvers Public School's three-year journey to move staff toward effective and continuous use of data. We will share some of their challenges, some of their successes as well as engage you in using some of the data leadership tools, assist you in identifying and assessing your own current knowledge and skill set, and encourage you to identify and take some next steps.
